My review is mixed because of our check in experience. First, we were given keys to the wrong room & the door wouldn't open. A trip to the front desk resolved that. Next, there was no channel guide for the TV in the room & the guide on the TV was inaccurate. The only way to find the channel we wanted was to scroll through the over 100 channels. Fortunately, there was someone at the front desk, not an employee, who volunteered to do that scrolling for us while we were away. He found it & it was given to us when we returned. Though all that was a bit frustrating, the front desk was helpful along with the help that was volunteered.
In regard to comfort, though the air conditioning lowered the temperature it didn't seem to reduce the amount of humidity in the room. It wasn't terribly humid, but both my wife and I sensed the same thing.
In spite of the above we'd would probably stay there again when we return to visit family. We appreciate its convenient location for us and its value.
