Mixed Review
My review is mixed because of our check in experience. First, we were given keys to the wrong room & the door wouldn't open. A trip to the front desk resolved that. Next, there was no channel guide for the TV in the room & the guide on the TV was inaccurate. The only way to find the channel we wanted was to scroll through the over 100 channels. Fortunately, there was someone at the front desk, not an employee, who volunteered to do that scrolling for us while we were away. He found it & it was given to us when we returned. Though all that was a bit frustrating, the front desk was helpful along with the help that was volunteered. In regard to comfort, though the air conditioning lowered the temperature it didn't seem to reduce the amount of humidity in the room. It wasn't terribly humid, but both my wife and I sensed the same thing. In spite of the above we'd would probably stay there again when we return to visit family. We appreciate its convenient location for us and its value.

The room was fine. The breakfast was sufficient. But carpet in my room was disgusting. I know it had been vacuumed, but it was in desperate need of a shampooing. The bottoms of my feet were black after walking around for a bit barefoot and the whole carpet just felt a little sticky.

my only complaint is that i could not sleep at night because the parking lot was had all the lights shining in my room and even with the curtains closed it was brighter inside my room from the lights outside then it was with the lights from my room on.

Very clean, small room. Tight quarters for double bed. Very good accessible shower with great hot water. Did not have aUSB port in the room though the desk clerk said there was one on the light. Not true. I had to go to my car to charge the phone. Priced a bit high for the room size and lack of amenities. Nevertheless, if you’ve packed well, and included a way to charge your phone, it the place works.

The wi-fi and TV service were down during my stay, so that was unfortunate and disappointing. Not much of a sound barrier between adjoining rooms, as I could hear the couple next door talking when they were in their room. Water was dripping from the faucet in the shower/tub.
