Bishop was who welcomed me and I received great service. Unfortunately my room was ridden with so many flying bugs. I didn’t let the front desk staff know because my stay was brief but I was constantly swatting tiny flying bugs and the window seems to have plenty trapped between the screen and glass which it seems they are coming from. Other than this minor annoyance, it was a great stay with plenty amenities. Really enjoyed the sauna.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The room & facilities (pool/sauna) were clean & kept up well. We love the location, and happily walked to nearby restaurants/activities. A few odd things happened though. We killed a mosquito in our room. (Not typical usually in May.) Housekeeping woke us up an hour before check-out, nearly barging in if the latch wouldn’t have been hooked, etc. Kind of left an uncomfortable taste in our mouths.

Great location, 1-minute walk from the state street and the state capitol. Room is spacious and very clean, bed is comfortable. Staff greets you with big smiles. Have a Starbucks right next to the hotel lobby. Just a great hotel.
