The staff was outstanding from the time of our late evening arrival until our departure the next day. We were in room 221. The tile on the floor in the bathroom is in terrible shape. Many of the tiles are cracked and many are so loose you could pick the tile up from its setting in the grout. I first noticed it when I cut my foot on a tile that was cracked into two pieces and one very sharp edge sat up above the remainder of the tile. They are many spots between the tile where there is no grout in the groove. We had to wear our shoes or socks the remainder of our stay when in the bathroom. This should be addressed immediately so that no one else gets hurt. The remainder of the facility seemed to be in good condition.

The front desk service was not that friendly when we checked in. All other staff was very nice. The room door didn't close securely most of the time. You could actually see a gap at the top of the door. We made sure the dead bolt was secure at night. Bathroom fan was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. I would not be returning.

I only stayed one night for an event at the Alliant Center. Check in was quick but the front desk person did not offer up a lot of information about things like the pool, gym hours and gave unclear directions to find our room in the other building. I learned more listening to the person checking in the people next me than I did from the person assisting us. The room and beds were clean. Beds were firm but comfortable with the down square pillows. Not noisy at night. Shower pressure was good. Good towels. Fridge in the room was convenient. Coffee maker that takes the little cups in the room. Small tv in the room but did offer a good amount of channels. Breakfast bar was very simple, cereal, eggs,bagels, sausage links, waffle maker. Food was cold and seemed to go quick. There are plenty of restaurants and a pick N save near by, within walking distance. The restaurant attached to the hotel is somewhat pricey but delicious, great service. Indian style with an Italian twist.
