Amazing staff! Very accommodating. Beautiful room with good access to the trails, gondolas and shuttle buses. I also recommend getting a massage after a day of skiing! Wonderful experience.

Top notch location steps away from 2 ski lifts. Certainly ski in/out. Attentive staff. Good food. Rooms are exceptional and functional. Pool has few hydro massage features which is nice after a day of skiing (some people find it not warm enough, but it’s, at least, 26 C). Ski storage room is very convenient too. We didn’t use the garage. There are nice common areas on 2 floors. We’d definitely come back and stay there.

Ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile, cura e pulizia eccellente, colazione con ampia scelta, dal salato al dolce, ottima scelta anche nel menu cena, unica osservazione, nei primi due giorni un po’ di non organizzazione nella distribuzione dei piatti a tavola, con qualche ritardo, non saprei se dovuto alla cucina o alla sala, però sempre piatti ottimi e di cucina tipica , Una chicca, la Spa, relax relax relax, dopo una giornata di camminarata, nelle splendide montagne di Madonna di Campiglio , c vuole!

La nostra esperienza allo Sporthotel Romantic Plaza è stata assolutamente positiva, fin dal primo giorno abbiamo trovato tutto il personale molto cordiale e molto disponibile, una camera confortevole e sempre pulita e in ordine. Abbiamo usufruito di un comodo parcheggio sotterraneo a pochi metri dall'hotel, con posto riservato, e della SPA piacevole e con la possibilità di massaggi (personale attento e competente). Inoltre abbiamo notato particolare attenzione per il rispetto delle normative Covid-19 per quanto riguarda norme igieniche e distanziamento. Per completare l'opera mancava solo ottimo cibo, e da questo punto di vista, possiamo fare solo complimenti per l'ottima cura e preparazione dei piatti, con una buona varietà e un tocco di fantasia e un'attenzione in più ai dettagli rispetto a quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare. Voto 10!

Ho passato 4 giorni meravigliosi in questo hotel. Situato a due passi dal centro del paese e vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita. Camere ampie, ben arredate e pulite (cambio degli asciugamani quotidiano e phon professionale in bagno). La Spa è dotata di tutti i servizi essenziali. Ricco buffet a colazione con prodotti locali. Cena da ristorante stellato. Personale educato, disponibile ed efficiente.

Ottimo albergo in pieno centro
Albergo curato e gradevole in pieno centro . Abbiamo avuto l'upgrade della stanza ed abbiamo avuto una stanza panoramica bella, curata e confortevole. Il personale sempre cortese e disponibile. Ottima la cucina sia colazione che cena. Bella la Spa Lo consigliamo vivamente e sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Vorrei, ma non posso
La mia esperienza in quest'albergo è sostanzialmente negativa. Premetto pure che tutto quello che sto per scrivere è relativo al costo di quest'albergo. Situato nel centro di M.di Campiglio, l'hotel non dispone di parcheggio. La struttura di recente ristrutturata è piccola, il che sarebbe anche un vantaggio se non fosse che TUTTO è veramente piccolo, a fronte di un elevato numero di ospiti ed un inadeguato numero di personale di servizio. Ma veniamo al dettaglio: la camera è ovviamente piccola con un incredibile disposizione dell'armadio quasi inaccessible perché incollato al letto. Il letto con struttura montanara dispone di un fondo ed una testata in legno intarsiato che per le persone alte ( come me) si rivela essere un'arma impropria. Il resto della stanza è corretto. Una nota particolare per il bagno: mai vista una cosa del genere (in Italia) in vita mia: dimensione da puffi (2 x 2) con WC dietro la porta, doccia inutilmente hi-tech e l'incredibile assenza di bidet (che sembrerebbe ubiquitaria). Ristorante decente ma non esaltante (piatti talvolta sbagliati) con un servizio insufficiente per carenza di personale: abbiamo messo anche un'ora e mezza per mangiare!!!Skiroom: un inferno dantesco col flusso di persone normale; accesso dall'esterno difficoltoso. Piscina piccola (quasi jacuzzi) ma completa di buoni idro-massaggi. In conclusione è una struttura esosa per il servizio dato che non può corrispondere ad un * * * * veramente da dimenticare e mi dispiace.

IL BAGNO ERA DICIAMO ''MOLTO SPARTANO'' E NECESSITA UNA RISTRUTTURAZIONE , NEMMENO UNA BASE DOVE APPOGGIARE QUANTO SERVE .....
