The staff was helpful and friendly; the language differences didn’t matter as they all spoke English with us. The bartenders were knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Located on a side street on the quiet side of the train station (although some kind of garbage collectors or construction workers yelled at each other at 2am and woke me up). Entrance has one of those old fashioned revolving doors which was a bit small and I tripped and fell inside of it. Not sure why they don’t just have sliding glass doors like most hotels and public buildings. Otherwise hotel is nice: comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. My king bed room had a glass wall on shower so there was zero privacy from the main room. I was alone so it was fine, but if you are sharing a room you would need to not mind being seen while showering.

This property is close to the train station. Has a very nice restaurant with great food options, though very limited vegetarian ones, friendly staff, well-appointed for remote work/meetings, with a funky bathroom in each room.

Convenient Location to Metro & Train Station

Quick trip into Madrid, this is walkable from the train station just a block or so away. Very deceiving with the sign on the roof on the wrong side of the entrance. Easy access to Metro to get into the City center

Beautiful hotel but nothing is available very close to hotel must walk a few blocks to get coffee or meal. Don’t like that you have to exit building to go to another building to get to my room. This corridor is too dark.

Only spent the night before flying back to the states, so didn’t pay much attention to what the surrounding area had to offer. My biggest disappointment was that the restaurant didn’t open until 8:00PM and I needed to get to bed by then. Our room was difficult to find and even harder to find our way back to the correct level to exit. Breakfast was good.
