What I didn't like was the drains in the bathrooms were almost plugged, no room service, eating breakfast and the waiter pulling our table ONE HOUR before breakfast time was over, extremely limited menu...it was easy to tell there claiming to be 4 Star but cutting short by being cheap. I don't mind paying but I want what I pay for.

Although there wasn’t anything terrible about this hotel there wasn’t anything great either. It was very overpriced for the quality, it’s pretty barebones. I arrived at 9:30pm and tried to get something to eat in the restaurant, there was one staff member and about 6 tables, he either wasn’t interested in serving me or he was too busy either way I was ignored so I left, hungry. The other negative is the hotel advertises free shuttle service to the airport, they don’t mention it starts at 7:10am which was a problem for me and at least 4 other people who I meet in the lobby who were also waiting for their Ubers.

good hotel bad service
the hotel itself is great, but it's in the middle of nowhere, so one is obligated to eat at their restaurant. The restaurant is poor based on the hotel category, i ordered pasta al pesto, and it came with no pesto...just boiled pasta, when i complained to the waiter that it has no pesto sauce, he replied it does not come with pesto..really? the menu says Ravioli al pesto...but no pesto? i asked for the bill and he brought the portable card reader and took off..so i was supposed to charge myself. Really poor service for a hotel of this category.

The hotel had a super friendly staff member who was very helpful. It was everything we needed for an overnight day before a flight the next day, but the area around the hotel and the actual dining options inside the hotel were not great.

Overall not a bad hotel for a night when flying. Free shuttle for the airport and close for taxis or Ubers. Would stay here again, only downside we found was the food options around the area.
