Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly in particular Ivan who checked us in & assisted with booking the taxi to the airport. He also provided us with a good restaurant recommendation. The only two issues with the room - I think the A/C was not working properly & there was a drainage smell from the bathroom. Overall the room is comfortable & the bathroom is modern - it is a proper shower and not one where you stand in a bath. I would recommend the hotel for singles or couples.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great location clean hotel. Very friendly knowledgeable staff thanks to Enrique & Ivan for great service helping us since it’s our first time in Madrid. Our room was very clean,comfortable & spacious . The only thing I would change is to get more closets/ drawers. Otherwise it’s the perfect location close to most of the things we had planned which was great for us. Thanks again to Enrique & Ivan for everything

Great location! Close to good restaurant and right in front shopping mall. Transportation less than 5 minutes. If you decide to take Madrid city bus stop is less than a 5 minutes walk. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Excellent location!
Excellent location, right in front of a major train station and shopping center. Many great little restaurants on the street. The staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel was clean, comfortable and breakfast delicious. Would definitely return.

Stayed here last minute for one night and wished i booked longer. Very convenient location. Right across the street from a shopping center and metro subway station. Theres restaurants and market nearby. I had a lovely view in my room! I definitely will return.

Quiet hotel, very friendly staff
Quiet hotel. Nice friendly staff. Conveniently located next to bus stops and across the street from Principe Pio shopping mall and train station. I removed one star because there was no iron or microwave in the room, and the electric iron in the communal area did not work.

Localizado cerca de los puntos mas importantes para ver en Madrid. Tiene un supermercado a 5 metros y un centro comercial al cruzar la calle, parking privado pagando un area de planchar y una terraza el 8vo pison con area para fumar, ademas de casilleros y un area de desayunos bien equipada. El desayuno excelente. Elevador disponible. Se mantiene limpio y traquilo. Los cuartos tienen acondicionador.
