We stayed for one night here. The room was clean and had a coffee machine, mini bar and toiletries so we had everything we needed for a one night stay. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly too. Our room was fairly quiet although you could hear the metro passing by nearby, through the evening. Bed was comfy and the room felt clean.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. Very good service and decent room. Can be noisy (sound from hallway can be heard clearly). I would stay again for the convenience.

Very nice staff and lovely room. I really appreciated that they had a receptionist there all night. The coffee maker didn’t work in my room and perhaps a small bottle of water for free might have nice. Otherwise a good experience!

Good place to stay when you have an overnight layover and your flight in is too late to go explore Madrid. You definitely pay for the convenience of being right at the airport though. Overall it was the best option for me.

Expect to pay for everything here. Very convenient, but convenient at a high cost. No such thing as hospitality- not even a cup of water at the front entrance. Everything else was standard as any other hotel.
