Property was excellent with areas outside of room to relax. A free Buffett coffee beer wine and soft drinks were provided each day to all guest from the afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Just a little way from the “action”. We caught Ubers in and out of town. 8-10E each way.

Great hotel

The hotel inside was very modern, luxury items in the room such as dressing gowns and slippers, sweets, water etc. The staff were extremely helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again for any future business trips. Taxis are so cheap and easily available I would look at this hotel also for any weekend trips to Madrid

Pleasantly surprised of the quality and service of this place! Very clean, spacious room, high quality linens and towels provided. Appreciated the great water pressure and spotless rainshower. The lobby feels like a zen, cozy atmosphere with soft music and there is a coffee station and refreshments available at no cost to the guests, at any hour. The breakfast is amazing, lots of food choices presented beautifully. Will highly recommend this hotel to loved friends and family.

Great hotel

What a wonderful hotel! They are super friendly and helpful. There is a 24 hour free bar and snack service with hot and cold drinks, beer, wine, sodas, and plenty of snacks. A real home away from home.

The 24/7 complimentary. sandwiches, snacks, coffee, beer & wine was an EXCELLENT & highly appreciated perk. Only complaint is that the outdoor heaters in the lobby patio were out of fuel. It would have been nice to sit outside.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! I am staying in the junior suite with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. My amenities are exquisite along with the breakfast and food options on property. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. I was only supposed to stay for two nights and I have now extended my stay for five and canceled my reservations at another property.
