LORENZO at the front desk reception helped us a lot. He advised us on transportations to Madrid as well as the best tourist travel pass to get. He also gave us a really nice room with a view and was always happy to answer any questions we had. Room was always cleaned and tidy. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Subway station and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended !!!

We'd like to commend Lorenzo (Reception) for all his help and assistance with transportation, he is always smiling and ready to help. Housekeeping does a wonderful job keeping our room clean all the time. Other staff at reception are also helpful. Thank you B&B Hotels for a wonderful 8 nights stay.

Convenient place to stay away from the center of Madrid, specially if you need parking. Very clean. Good mattress. Very good price if you reserve the room well in advance. We stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time the temperature on the room was really high and we didn't sleep well. We opened the window during the whole night and the traffic noise was constant. There is an additional AC unit on the room but was programmed only for heating so it didn't help. We reserve the room only a few days in advance and the price was excessive.

Everyone is very kind and accommodating. It’s easy to get to the metro (gps makes it seem father than it is) It’s just a 2 min walk. There are many supermarkets in the area. Bed is very comfortable. I would stay again.

Minimalistic rooms, modern look, very reasonable price and convenient to expend the night. Very well connected by Metro and free parking outside. Love the bathroom. Insolation is excellent. Room is a little bit small but great for one person. The space is a little bit tight to put the luggage of two people and would be difficult to find a place for large luggage. The breakfast was a mixed bag. The variety was excellent, however the coffee was bad (machine made with added sugar) as well as the cold meats and cheese. Scrambled egg was not kept warm and bacon not crispy. Other options were quite good. All very functional with furniture Ikea-like. For the price and convenience I think is a great place to stay and I would definitely come back if I stay in Madrid again.

Unusual location, but very convenient.

Just two nights, with access to the city, but not walkable, Metro, Uber or Car needed. Very Comfortable, although the location is in an industrial type area, it is quiet and has a supermarket, as well as many eating options.
