On a street that you can only get to by walking. Ubers and taxis can only drop you off 2-3 blocks away, so if you have rolling luggage it’s not easy. Bathrooms are weird. There is no delineation between shower and toilet, so when you shower the water goes everywhere and you have a wet floor the rest of the day. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms.

The location was excellent 3 minutes walking to the metro, in the Center of Madrid, with restaurants and shopping at the door step. The room was spacious, modern and clean.

GREAT LOCATION!
Great location! It was within walking distance of everything. The room was clean & despite all the people outside you couldn’t hear a thing. If you want to be eco friendly then you shouldn’t use bags that are essentially made from plastic & use a sticker to seal the bag for towels. Also don’t use paper bags for bottles of water. It’s a waste of water & paper. Just have a basket of water bottles at the front desk.

By far the best hotel I stayed in when in Spain. The free coffee space downstairs is super cute and provides you with snacks too. Everyday we received little sweet treats and bottles of water left at our door which was a nice surprise. The staff are so helpful and it’s located in the heart of the city making it so easy to navigate. Be mindful Ubers may not be able to drop you at the door given how central it is.

El hotel B&B en el corazón de Madrid es una opción excelente para aquellos que desean explorar la ciudad con comodidad y estilo. Ubicado estratégicamente cerca de Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor y Gran Vía, permite caminar fácilmente a las principales atracciones turísticas, lo cual es un gran punto a favor. Aunque la entrada puede parecer un poco misteriosa, con un pasillo estrecho desde la calle, una vez que se cruza la puerta se encuentra un acogedor lobby que da la bienvenida. Las habitaciones son modernas y luminosas, ofreciendo un diseño fresco y acogedor que hace que la estancia sea aún más agradable. El detalle de recibir cada día dos botellas de agua y pastelitos gratuitos en la puerta de la habitación es muy apreciado, al igual que el café y las frutas disponibles para los huéspedes. La atención del personal fue buena, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. En resumen, el hotel B&B combina una excelente ubicación, comodidad y pequeños detalles que hacen que la experiencia sea muy agradable.

Did not enjoy my stay here. Every corner that could be cut, was cut. Had to call the front desk to control your air conditioning lol. Elevator didn’t work. Did not have good vibes.

Surprising setting. Hard to find tbe hotel which is nestled inside a hallway between a restaurant and the police station. Unique experience like bunker but enjoyable and quiet despite being in the center. Hard to get in if you don’t know the area and the cabs cannot access it easily due to the traffic restrictions. Good overall. Breakfast and available beverages were fair.
