Amazing place to stay! Close to the metro (2 min walk max) and close to major areas like Plaza Mayor. The staff was great and Fernando at the night desk was phenomenal! The hotel even left little morning treats like muffins and donuts at our doorstep every morning. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Madrid for a reasonable price.

Innovative hotel in a vacant beat location
First off, the hotel is located just a few meters from Puerto del Sol - the very centre of Madrid - and is close to many tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping areas Second, the staff are very friendly and helpful. And finally the hotel has a few innovations which made a lot of sense for tourists like us: 1) instead of breakfast, a bag containing pastries fruit water and juice is left at your doorknob early each morning 2) there is a "lounge" at the basement where hotel guests can go and avail of coffee, tea, juices, water, cookies and fresh fruits. We had a wondefrul 3-night stay and would stay here again if we come back to Madrid.

A surprise find in the centre of Madrid. Modern but simple and extremely comfortable. Free tea , coffee, juice and fruit and a take away breakfast were added bonuses. An ideal base for exploring Madrid.

Quiet, modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. The shower in our room was a walk-in with a powerful rain head, a real treat. I am not tolerant of certain strong fragrances and their heavy use of air freshener was the only drawback to this, otherwise wonderful hotel.

Nice hotel close to all the important places
One of the enter of the hotel is a little deceive but when you're already in...all change, the rooms are great and if you wonder about security, is a police station almost next door to the hotel. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you.
