Very satisfied from the money I stepped into the reception, beautiful and clean environment. Amazing and supportive staffs. Its more than a hotel with everything you need in your room. 4 minutes walk to Metro station direct to city centre. Foods, groceries store and bar around. I feel very comfortable all my stay. Recommend.

Una noche se activo la alarma en el cuarto y ademas de que nos desperto tambien nos asusto mucho, la respuesta del hotel fue: "como es nuevo luego se activan las alarmas sin querer". Ademas la regadera del cuarto era abierta y se regaba todo el baño de agua. El resto en general bastante bien.

Very clean and modern rooms. Nice open plan reception area with plenty of seating and even a pool table. Only reason my review is 4/5 and not 5 stars is a cleaner woke me up, knocking on the door, 1 day too early, thinking I was checking out that day. I actually was checking out the day after. This was a genuine mistake and after a bit of back and forth (language barrier) she eventually understand.

Perfect choice.

I was looking for an apartment for a week's stay. Bext Vallecas by Habyt turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment is equipped with completely new equipment and a comfortable bed. The temperature of the room and the bathroom can be adjusted individually. Its distance from the metro is approx. 900 meters.

Good location (10 min to metro), great front desk staff, comfortable neighborhood. Kitchenette was missing some basic utensils - coffee maker, kettle. No coat hooks, no table to sit and eat (you expect a table with a kitchenette). We stayed 4 nights and given the minor inconveniences we would stay again.

Fin de semana enamorados pero sin cambio de toalla

Eramos una pareja que llegamos con dos vehículos, un coche y una moto, como había espacio en parking nos dejaron plaza para ambos sin coste. Lo único que solo nos dieron una tarjeta que funciona para todo, entrar garaje, ascensor, entrar hotel, entrar habitación, fue muy incomodo depender los dos de una sola tarjeta. Estuvimos desde viernes a domingo y a pesar de que dijimos que nos hicieran la habitación el sábado, no pasaron. Tuvimos las mismas toallas tres días, y no nos hicieron ni siquiera la cama.
