Absolutely brilliant hotel the staff are fantastic they go out of their way to make sure your stay is good. Our check in was at midnight and the guy on reception gave us a 5 star welcome. In our room they’d left us fresh cakes and waters . Breakfast is a great full buffet with eggs on order in every way . Good quality food fresh breads and upmarket coffee couldn’t fault it . The staff definitely make this hotel special Metro very nearby and you can walk to this amazing park with great reasonably priced restaurants. Highly recommend.

Staff were amazing and very friendly. The hotel was very nice, it was in a good area, close to many restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was good, with an excellent selection. Would stay here again next time in Madrid.
