We absolutely loved the hotel. We could see the lower end of Gran Via from the balcony of our room. It is next to a metro station. Quite a few attractions are within walk distance (or bus/metro stops if you don't want to walk) from the hotel. All the staff we met were super friendly. I saw a review about not being able to find ice. Honestly we didn't see coffee machine or ice machines in any of the hotels we stayed in Spain on our trip. So maybe this is a European thing? This hotel at least provided instant coffee packs, lol. Anyway, strongly recommend this hotel!
