The communication with Bob W Arte in Madrid before and whilst at the property was excellent. Access code sent beforehand and entry was straight forward. The apartment was brilliant, as described, really comfy and abt 15 mins from train and bus station in a normal neighbourhood where we felt safe. Lots of choice to buy groceries nearby, reasonably priced. Metro stop 5mins away, but we walked everywhere and loved experiencing the different areas of Madrid. We loved our trip, and would definitely return to this apartment in the future.

It was such a great choice for accommodation. They paid attention to the little details when designing the rooms. Quick to react to feedback we shared. Will definitely book with them again. Only wish is that they would give the VIP perk mentioned from being on the program
