Good location for a quick airport stay. The dining options ate the hotel are very good and the rooms are comfortable and spacious enough for 4 people. The only downside is the paid shuttle service which, while not very expensive, can be a hassle to book as you need to be sure that your flight arrives on time for their pick-up.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and check in/out were quick and easy. The room had 2 twin beds and a very large bathroom. Everything was clean and good quality. The hotel itself is located in a good spot near the airport, however, it is not a convenient spot/near the downtown core. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience! Special thanks to Marta at the front desk for all her help!

Great Value and Convenience Near Madrid Airport

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza at the beginning and end of our trip, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely convenient if you’re flying in or out of Madrid. The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the overall comfort exceeded expectations for the price. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was surprisingly good — a great way to wrap up a long travel day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality and value near the airport.
