The food was excellent, but the location of the hotel wasn’t as good. It was in the middle of nowhere and not near the center of the city at all. Good for one night before the flight Easy taxi and Uber access for airport 15 min 16 euros with Uber But taxi from train station to this hotel 27 euros

Hotel provides shuttle service to and from the Airport. When I called them after arrival. I was told it stops at midnight and I should get a taxi or an Uber. After getting a taxi and arrived at the hotel , I made an enquiry about the shuttle for departure I was told to scan a QR code which came up as a charge of 5 euros each. I decided to book a taxi instead. I we arrived at the room to find out the the toilet door does not shut. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience with this hotel. I have used it before and I had a good experience but today, it really left a bitter taste and I will not be coming back again.

Quality and convenience.
Close enough to Barajas to negate any traffic, convenience in parking and service. Surprised at how good the restaurant was. Nothing fancy, but everyone in our party was impressed by the quality.

Change of plans that was amazing
They hotel contacted us to let us know there was an issue with our room and asked us to move rooms if possible. It was not a problem for us at all, and when we did get there we had a handwritten thank you note. They also gave a menu dinner since the breakfast they had comped us would not be open before we had to leave for the airport. Amazing staff and service, and the food was excellent as well.
