The property is in a convenient location to walk to shops/restaurants. The staff are friendly However, the room is in the 60s and the free WiFi did not work in the room(only in the lobby). The sound insulation is minimal so you will hear the sound from other rooms as well as from the window.

Very convenient location close to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, etc. You can walk everywhere or take the metro, which right in Plaza del Sol. Very clean and quiet hotel. Check-in wasn't until 2pm, so I had to come back. They did hold my bags, which made it convenient to shop in the meantime. Bathroom was modern with rainfall shower. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was fine for me.

The center location of this hotel was perfect, few feet from the metro, the only thing I couldn’t sleep it’s in the plaza center so people are out very late! I think the staff overwhelmed with work! Few times I had to walk away from asking about things need it! Bits it’s clean and the room are spacious!

Hotel is right at Puerta del Sol, probably the busiest area in Madrid. Hotel and staff are great. Lots of places to eat and you can walk to most turist points. Metro is right there too. The only issue is if you want to sleep at night. It is very loud past midnight, sometimes until 130am with illegal live performers and loud speakers. Bring ear plugs if you are planning on sleeping. I stayed 5 nights and 4 were like that.
