4 stars. Convenient location, really nice rooftop view and bar area. Cons: Not huge issues but fyi - pretty full of young travel groups - so common areas were loud/busy during the day, great for groups. No soap in bathroom shower area, $6 towel rental (normal but just fyi). Sink, shower/bathroom is in bedroom area for some noise at night. Stayed here 1 day, stayed in another for 5 - I preferred another hostel in Madrid

Very modern hotel, in the heart of Madrid close to all the attractions. While I knew we were reserving a Hostel, I had not anticipated so many young people. Being in our later years this was a little overwhelming. People everywhere chattering, laughing and having a good time- but too much for us - would have preferred a more relaxing experience.

This was better than I expected it to be. Many reviewers said it was loud at night and we got lucky. It was quiet for us. We got a private room with 2 bunk beds. We were there during peak heat and the AC was not adjustable in the room. I would say that was my biggest complaint. The room was clean. The staff were friendly enough. The rooftop terrace was lovely

Great location. Close to food, shopping and public transportation. The staff are friendly and understanding. I strongly suggest to have your breakfast in the hotel. Another good thing about this hotel is that they have a restaurant on the main floor, and a rooftop bar / dining area. Though I would suggest that they keep the guest washroom open, even 30min after the restaurant closes; and cleaner šŸ˜‰
