A very clean room that’s spacious for two, and very accessible by metro. However, no bar soap was given for toiletries which was unexpected. We also encountered severe clogging with our shower, which took forever to drain all the water. Finally, we could only use the hair dryer on the low power setting because it wouldn’t work on the high setting which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was clean but I found toilet paper inside the toilet, which wasn’t a great first impression. Other than that, the room itself looked clean, the shower had a nice pressure and everything worked properly.

Very nice location, good neighborhood. As with all of Madrid, inflation has caused room rate to almost double in the last five years. The towel rod and shelf were coming loose from the wall. Otherwise, the room was simple but had everything needed. A good place to stay.

I was in room 109 which fronts 2 streets. The traffic noise was relentless. Sirens blaring 3 times at least. Garbage trucks at 2:00 am. Cars and motorcycles continuous through the night. So loud I got up to check if a window was left open. Sleeping was difficult to say the least. Otherwise I would have rated this place highly.

Buen hotel, buena atención, habitación cómoda y limpia,no está tan cerca del centro pero tiene estación de metro cerca y paradas de buses, además varios sitios cerca para comer. Volvería a quedarme en ese hotel.

I originally booked a four-night stay. I was able to check in late due to a delayed flight, but the room was terrible and I ended up checking out after one night. The sheets were unbelievably itchy. The toilet seat was broken and falling off. The general repair of the room was not good. The deadbolt lock only worked by putting my entire body weight into lifting the door upwards, so the lock could deploy. It did not feel safe. The only positive was a strong aircon unit, so the room was cool. Other than that, I couldn’t stay in itchy sheets for four nights. Not sleeping for one night was enough. The woman at the desk didn’t even ask why I was checking out early when I left. Big waste of money and would not recommend.

Entiendo que por el precio no se puede pedir más… Las únicas dos cosas que no nos gustaron nada fueron que ya al entrar en la recepción hay un cartel que pone que no se hacen responsables de los objetos de valor de tu habitación, eso no genera ningun tipo de confianza. El secador de pelo por otro lado, dura 1 minuto o menos funcionando y se apaga hasta que se vuelve como a recargar, por lo demás todo bien. Pone que esta cerca del Wanda y son 30 mins en transporte publico…

I liked that it was clean and in a solid neighborhood. There is a laundromat around the corner and great places to eat nearby. I did not enjoy the front desk staff calling my room at 1am and 2am and yelling in Spanish for absolutely no reason. Checking out in the morning was hostile and completely baffling. I was wondering why the place was so cheap!
