One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.

Scam artists

Doormen were wonderful but the praises stop there, from the moment we arrived we were bombarded with up charges and to book tours, only later to find out that when we did ask them to book a train ticket we were charged double the price, when we confronted the front desk, they said they were obligated to use travel agency, but the unforgivable sin to me was when a bartender added 5 euro extra tip to a one cocktail bill after I signed the check.
