When they say Location location location, is about this place, for tourism is perfect! safe and well located and on a much better deal than the 4seasons. It is very comfortable and havent change in years is our second time in the property and will use it every time in Madrid

First impressions the room looked nice but on closer inspection was very disappointing. Carpet was very badly stained. Furniture was also badly stained. Pieces of plastic coming off the kitchen stools. One lounge was torn underneath which was very noticeable. Kickboard underneath kitchen bench fell off. No plug for kitchen sink. No washing machine/dryer instructions. Flimsy curtain didn’t fit full length of window. Range hood in middle of kitchen bench was low enough to bang your head on. Location was great and staff on reception were lovely and very helpful.

The apartment was beautiful, new, clean and fully equipped! We loved the roof terrace, is a bit small and the pool is quite small too but the view is amazing! Staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Location is perfect, super central and very close to metro stations.

We stayed at this property in 2017 and it was great so we decided to return for my husband 60th birthday which turned out to be a disaster with the 1st room, room 5j it is old and outdated then we were moved to 2b which was the exact room we stayed in 2017. The best was the employees especially Angle, he is the best a great host, he did everything to make it better once the first room was a not up to par with what we were expecting.

check in was a breeze and they were very friendly. Room looked just as pictured if not better. The terrace got excellent sun all day. The wifi was blazingly fast as was the AC! I enjoyed the pool and sundeck as well. The gym is a bit limited with dumbbells and a machine on offer but there were plenty of cardio machines. It was enough for my short stay. The refrigerator was roomy and I was able to fit everything I needed inside. I was surprised that room service was available! But UberEats were also plentiful as were restaurants within walking distance. 2 metro stops were also easily walkable

Really central location, so close to the metro and the supermarket is less than 1 minute away. Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was lovely and the concierge were always so lovely. Rooftop bar was nice and so relaxing - would highly recommend Gran View apartments

We stayed at the Grand View Hotel and we loved it!! The location was perfect, metro stations nearby. There is a grocery store next to the hotel open 24 hours. Located across the street from Sol, and close to Plaza Mayor where there are many dinning options. The Hotel was beautiful and comfortable.

We had booked for 4 days to stay at this appartment from 4th-8th September 2024,we stayed in appartment 4J as there was 4 adults and a 21 month old baby. Location was on point right next to a range of shops and supermarket next door which was very handy, restaurants within walking distance, park 15mins walk including local attractions. The appartment was incredible big and enough space for everyone to move around in, clean and well presented with a brilliant cool air flow. The decor was simple and very upto date. Amazing staff who acted quickly when our bathroom door handle had fallen off, this was fixed by the next day. Boris and the team where very polite each morning greeting our family and also helping with taxi arrangements for our family wedding we needed to attend. The roof top pool and bar was amazing with a beautiful view, we wished we used more of the facility. The only negative would be to say that there needs to be a clean up under the beds in both rooms nothing a mop would sort to get rid of the dust but otherwise we would pick this large family appartment again.
