Tuvimos una estadía corta, solo una noche, pero estoy impresionada con lo baby friendly que fueron, hace una semana estuve en Disney paris y fue terrible la experiencia, nunca imaginé que en hard rock sería tan buena, nos dieron incluso un kit de bienvenida para el bebé. Nos trataron espectacularmente y en general todo en la habitación estaba impecable! La comida rica y el desayuno ni hablar

Thank you to the whole team for making this stay in Madrid truly a WONDERFUL experience, we loved our room, we loved the location and we loved how friendly the staff was. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a bunch of self serve as well as a-la-carte options. Shout out to the hospitality team who surprised us with a little gift that will mean a lot in the years to come. Next time we are back, we will be staying here. 5 star service.

A MUSICAL STAY IN MADRID
Great place to stay in Madrid. Conveniently located two minutes away from Atocha Station by walking and 20 minutes away from the Airport. Very close to El Prado Museum. Well decorated, very good buffet breakfast, beautiful Guitar lamp at the Lobby. Nice room and friendly people attending. I have stayed at many Madrid Hotels. This one is a good one. Music everywere and at all times. Not a luxury Hotel but a great experience. Not in front of a main street but very close to them.

Rooms are very small. Especially if you are to share with a family member. The windows opened to the courtyard of the hotel which was very loud for the hotel has its lounge hall there. So, if you are like me and like to open your window, that might pose a problem. Furthermore, the sink is inside the room, not inside the bathroom which makes it very awkward to use it if you are sharing your room. The gym has one machine, some weights, nothing to brag about. Breakfast was pretty decent and the staff at the restaurant was nice.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Great vibe about it, and just loved the theming and design of the place. The room itself had everything needed and more, the shower was incredible. Beds were super comfortable and the coffee machine in the room was perfect to set me off for the day. The cocktails in the bar were reasonably priced and great quality. Highly recommended for a stay in Madrid

I love the property. It was very clean, the staff were pleasant, and the amenities were a great bonus. However, the street is very busy, which poses a safety concern. Translation (Spanish): Me encanta la propiedad. Estaba muy limpia, el personal fue amable y las comodidades fueron un gran plus. Sin embargo, la calle es muy transitada, lo cual representa una preocupación por la seguridad.
