The staff at Hard Rock Madrid was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. This was my second time staying at Hard Rock, and I had a great experience both times.

Christmas getaway.
This hotel is in a good location, front desk attendants super nice and caring. Went above and beyond. We got to the hotel early and the room was ready! We saw a show in the hotel bar, service was great there. Good in the restaurant was flavorful and price was good. I would stay again and recommend.

Great hotel at a convenient location. Clean, modern, trendy, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff. My room was facing the inner court so no natural light at all. For an upgrade I could have chose a room facing the street but it is a busy street.

The quality of the rooms and staff at this hotel were amazing. I’ve never stayed at a Hard Rock hotel before so even though I was in Spain and I know they like their nightlife and I know I was in a hard rock Café. I guess I thought my room in the hotel would be quiet. All of the rooms have windows to the inner courtyard where there is a bar and a dance lounge. On a Sunday night, the music and dance was quite loud till at least after 11:30. I guess I thought either there would be better quiet hours in a hotel or the rooms for being more soundproof. If that is something that would bother you, you should find another hotel.
