A bit clinical
Normal hotel room, nice bathroom but glass doors didn’t shut properly. Asked for a pint of Spanish lager was given Madri brewed in Yorkshire I believe and charged 10e for the pleasure. The hotel is quite a walk to tube station and not a lot close by.

It was beautiful, the staff - kind and helpful. I wished the pool was open for more than 4 hours during the day, but it was great to hear the gym was 24 hours. Food ~ delicious. The beds bathroom, lovely.

I had the terrible experience of losing my luggage before coming to stay at Hilton Madrid Airport, and was exhausted when I arrived on October 7. But the kindest young man Luis, checked me in and then when I couldn’t figure out how to open my room’s doorway he got permission to leave the desk and graciously showed me how the door worked and showed me where I would eat breakfast the next day. Thank you Luis for taking such good care of a 70-year-old woman!
