The service from the front desk to the restaurant was exceptional. My room was upgraded to the presidential floor with no additional charge. The free shuttle ran every 30 minutes which was very convenient. Wish I had more time to experience the other amenities.

Poor shuttle service strategy

Stay was great but shuttle service was not so. It did not make any sense when we were going to the airport to go to terminal 4. That we weren't allowed to take the shuttle when there were few passengers at the time. Their reason was that it would was busy, that there is another shuttle coming in 15 minutes, that to go to terminal 1&2 then terminal 4 would take twice the time. And the same guy came back ahead of the other shuttle, he took in passengers for terminal 1&2 before taking us to terminal 4. They could have done this on the first trip anyway.
