The room was clean and check in was easy. The bed was really firm and uncomfortable along with the pillow. Didn't sleep well because of that. But, the room was very quiet, which was nice. You have to pay for the airport shuttle, but it was worth it.

While they advertised shuttle service to the airport, it wasn't available when we needed it. This was misleading and we had to scramble and pay a lot more to get a ride to the hotel.

Just a head ups for those who book this hotel, if you need to be close to the airport it’s great but if you’re looking to go into the city very limited transportation options. In addition, breakfast on one of the days they didn’t have scrambled eggs but another day it did… very inconsistent. Other than that the front desk was very kind.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible from the start. After checking in, we had to wait over an hour before we could use our room. When we finally got inside, the sheets were dirty — and unbelievably, the guest service associate told my wife and me to make the bed and replace the sheets ourselves! There was no manager on site to report this issue. When I spoke to the manager the next day, she admitted she was aware of the situation but never bothered to call or apologize. If I could get a refund, I absolutely would. Stay away from this place. If you do choose to stay here, check the sheets and bathroom carefully before using the room.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a great experience! The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which is always a huge plus. It was a very economy-friendly choice that provided excellent value for the price. The staff was fantastic—they were so helpful and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also really appreciated the ample street parking available, which made it so easy to come and go without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with great service.
