Not great . Don’t know if the price drop is worth

The hotel is very well situated and attractive , price-wise . We made a date change in our reservation and with the change they changed our room to a twin bed . I specifically asked for double bed if possible . When we arrived the receptionist said he couldn’t that we had a twin bed . My agent called and then he said he could put the beds together and use double bed bedding . But first he had to make a stink about it . Terrible. Not great

Great location but definitely not a 4 star hotel as per advertised. It clearly looked like it was once a 2 or 3 star hotel and after some poor quality makeover they pushed it to categorize it as 4 star. Not a good sign. Very noisy air condition system and not in perfect working order. Breakfast was very average.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Salamanca. Had a great stay here. Would recommend. Staff was professional and warm. Breakfasts were diverse and delicious.
