Surprisingly pleasant hotel right near the airport. We arrived late at night in a weeknight and the area was bustling with outdoor restaurants filled with happy Spaniards. Room was very clean and nice. Bathroom was a little compact but the water pressure was good and the amenities and toiletries generous. Front desk was very professional and ordered us an early morning taxi for the airport and also explained they have 30 parking spots and you can reserve a spot if you have a car. Breakfast looked amazing -although we did not have time to eat- all sorts of meats and eggs and yogurts and breads and fruits etc. I’d stay at the Clement again.

Not bad for an overnight or early flight out of Barajas airport, the hotel doesn't provide Any type of service or transportation to the airport, you need to call the taxi or uber yourself, the breakfast was also not worth it. We liked the lobby decorations.

Our visit was extraordinarily, in room 10 with a veranda and view of the Alhambra. Our hosts went out of their way to arrange dinner in the Convent hotel, with exquisite food and very best traditional Spanish music and dancing and lunch at Ossobucco just at bottom of hotel steps where we experienced tirimisu made at the table. Our one day, after son’s wedding, was rejuvenative. Wonderful large bed and lovely breakfast and ideal location should not be missed!

The staff seems to busy all the time. Despite they answer, it's like going through a doctor in a public hospital where they don't have enough time. Also, they advertised the room should have tea and coffee but they didn't even borrow a kettle.

The underground parking was very small i think that the hotel should mention that prior to booking as i had rented a suv and had lots of struggles pulling in and out of the hotel garage. Overall it was an great experience and they have friendly staff.

Great hotel for a stay before taking a flight from Madrid International airport. Rates are reasonable. The area around the hotel has some good restaurants and you can easily take the Metro to downtown Madrid.

Had to figure out how to get there without Airport Shuttle. I managed to learn the Metro, but hard walk with the luggage. Taxi from Airport has 21 Euro minimum, so why not just get a Hotel with bus service.

A Bit of Small Town Spain at the Airport!

Very nice “business” type hotel in Barajas right next to the Madrid airport. So close that it is possible to walk across the highways on a footbridge to/from the airport. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the town has some charm and nice restaurants. We returned a rental car to the airport, walked to the hotel and enjoyed a relaxing evening in Barajas before our international flight. Curiously, we didn’t hear airplane noises the entire night!
