Hotel refused to turn on AC

Honestly I would love to give this hotel 4 stars, the location was great for me, the room was nice, everything was clean, the big problem is that despite it being April my room was 27 degrees even with the window open and the hotel refused to turn the air conditioning on. Slept miserably every night. I’ll find somewhere else for my next stay in Madrid.

I am pretty sure the pizza is a Tostitos pizza from the box. They make it look so great in the pic and so disappointed when it came out and tasted like box pizza. Fries are served cold
