Location of the property is perfect, it has a very nice interior and great rooftop bar. You have metro, bus stop just in front of the hotel. Royal palace is just 10 min walk. There is a 001 bus stop which takes you to most attractions at free of charge.

Great Hotel in a great location everything was good except one day that I decided to go to the rooftop(that is very nice)but never received service on my table and I left the place without eating or drinking.The place wasn’t full at all they just bad at service unlike any other place in Spain.

Great location. Room was clean and quiet. Friendly and accomodating staff. Good breakfast selection. Pool area looked beautiful but we didnt get to use it as it was freezing the first day and we went at 9 pm a few days later and it was closed.

Conveniently located, good quality rooms and reasonable price. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection but did not change over the week we were there. We enjoyed it but would have appreciated a bit of variety. The only disappointment with rooms was the poor sound-proofing. Conversation and noise from nearby rooms and the hallway were disappointing. Overall, a good hotel and I would recommend it!
