We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and everything was absolutely wonderful. From the reception to the facilities and service, everything exceeded our expectation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The bed are cozy, the atmosphere is quiet, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the communication with the hotel was smooth and easy. The location is perfect- surrounded by plenty of coffeee shops, a McDonal’s and most importantly metro station just around the corner. I would highly recommend Hotel Exe Plaza to anyone visiting Madrid. Thank you for making our time so pleasant.

unfortunately this hotel is in a location that was at least 30 minutes away (by car) from where we wanted to be. Not the fault of the hotel, it is what it is. There are a few food options that are walkable from the hotel. The room had no coffee or tea maker. The restaurant opens at 7am. The staff is very courteous and promptly took care of any requests we had. It's a fine hotel; just be sure the location is good for you. Thank you!

Hotel Exe Plaza, overall was good, room very clean and the building itself it is in good condition, staff was very friendly and did make us feel welcome. The location it is excellent because sub station and bus station are very close to the hotel making it easy to commute and close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Highly recommended.

Convenient for me, as have family nearby, but probs if not would stay closer to centre. However, the metro is right outside hotel, which is very good we used a lot and there are few nice coffee shops very close, which are good for breakfast. Overall, I like the location, its vibrant and transport good from here.
