Pretty hotel, friendly helpful staff, ample breakfast. But the walls in the rooms are paper thin, you can follow your neighbor’s conversation. Also not a fan of its location on a pedestrian street but I guess that’s just me. Complementary toiletries on the skimpy side (no tissue box, no Q-tips or cotton balls, no lotion).0

Amazing Hotel!!

This hotel was fantastic! The common areas were always spotless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast was outstanding—fresh, well-maintained, and definitely worth it if you opt for the breakfast package. The room was more spacious than I expected, and despite being in a lively area, the noise level was very manageable, especially compared to other hotels I considered. The location is excellent—you can walk everywhere and always feel safe. We will definitely be returning for another stay!

True hidden gem ... wonderful stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this hotel. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Central location ... i was concerned about street noise but rooms are very well insulated so it was lovely and comfortable. The best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed for a very long time ... so much choice from the frequently replenished buffet as well as omlettes / eggs cooked to order. No restaurant in the hotel for dinner but plenty of good options around (including a fantastic Lebanese restaurant nearby).The cafe bar was a real plus ... after a long day sightseeing it was nice to relax with a pot of tea (and free cake!) The bar staff were particularly friendly and courteous. I have no negatives for this hotel and would stay again without hesitation the next time we travel to the beautiful city of Madrid.

The front desk was not very helpful or nice. The man was the rudest. The room was tiny with no door for the bathroom just wide open. Not the cleanest and no mirror. It was very loud and cold too! The only thing great about it is location. Other 2 hotels on the trip were so much better.
