The property is very well located, with two metro stations nearby: La Latina and Puerta de Toledo. The rooms are clean, and the terrace offers a lovely view. The beds are comfortable, which added to a pleasant stay. Coming from South Florida, I found the room slightly warm during the month of November, but it was still manageable. The staff at the hotel are exceptional—always friendly and ready to provide outstanding customer service. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhanced the experience

If you don’t mind about hotel looks, you just want a place to sleep and feel comfortable, then this hotel is for you. I am a traveler and I enjoy little things, but if you are a vacationer, then this place is not for you.

nice hotel
the hotel has a great location , 16 min walk to plaza mayor,, rooms are clean and seem remodeled beds are a little hard just as the pillows ,, bathroom is clean ,, ac never really worked so it was warm ,,we opened the windows ,, good for the price,,

This is my third time staying in this hotel because it’s very clean, great optional breakfast and walking distance to the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and downtown area. Also, it’s conveniently close to two subway stations. I will be staying there next time too. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a bustling part of Madrid, with many restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and efficient, but the room was just okay. The AC was not working properly, so it was quite warm most of the time. We got the hotel breakfast package, which was just okay.

The hotel was a decent location and walk to SOL and old town of Madrid, but be aware, the street was filled with loud people and cars and motorcycles. I am certainly not opposed to a good party or people having a good time, but it was loud all the way 4/6am for the three nights I was there. If you stay here, ask for a non street facing room and have ear plugs on the nightstand.

Well located hotel and room was good. Very noisy in the front rooms. Busy road and popular with revellers all night. Breakfast was a bit boring and coffee not good. We were unable to move rooms.
