Nice hotel

Nice hotel with a small rooftop pool which was very welcome on a hot day. The room was clean with comfortable beds and really good pillows. The location was quite good for walking to lots of sites. Plenty of bars in the area as well.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is good, and access to the metro and buses is convenient. However, I was deeply disappointed by the hotel management’s lack of sensitivity and unwillingness to waive the charge for one of the four nights that were booked and prepaid. It was clearly explained—also through Expedia—that my flight was canceled by the airline and I had to rebook on a different one. As a result, I ended up paying for the same night at hotels in both Madrid and Paris. While I understand that the booking was non-refundable, this request was for a single night and due to circumstances entirely beyond my control. This is exactly where a hotel manager's judgment and empathy are tested—not just their business mindset.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that we had to walk a good 20 to 30 minutes to get to any of the popular tourist spots. But overall, we had a lovely stay there. And the rooftop deck and pool was a really nice place to go and relax.

Excellent hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Location is excellent, walkable to main attentions and a metro and bus stop no more than 400 metres away. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay, we arrived significantly earlier than expected and the hotel offered us to pay a small fee to check in at 7 am instead of 3 when we arrived. We were thrilled and accepted the offer and caught up on our sleep!
