I would not recommend staying here. The staff member who checked me in was dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked about parking, he repeatedly spoke over me and gave unclear answers instead of simply addressing my question. I also asked if the key card needed to stay in the slot for the power/AC to work. He insisted it did not, but when I got to the room, it clearly did. When I requested an extra key, he told me I could get it later instead of providing it right away, which felt unnecessarily difficult. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Most concerning, I left a watch in the room and called immediately after checking out. I was told it could not be found, but I am certain I left it there. This left me with a very negative impression. Overall, my experience was frustrating and I would suggest choosing another hotel.

Super convenient location, super close to the metro station and was able to walk to restaurants, shopping centers, and the Gran Via. Hotel room was nice and clean as well with super friendly and accommodating staff, was able to help out with any problems or questions we had no problem. Highly recommend.
