Hotel definitely met my expectation
Started with a very warm greeting from the reception desk upon arrival. I left a note on my account that I would be arriving early in the morning the day after my check-in date. I was able to check into my room without issue. The room itself was very clean, both the living quaters and the bathroom. The dining room and bar areas were more than sufficient. Hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Lovely quiet stay
We stayed for 2 nights and chose this hotel for convenience of proximity to the airport for our night flight arrival. It was a short taxi journey, and 24 hour check in was available for us. The room was spacious and extremely clean. We had one of the best sleeps! The hotel is close to the Metro which takes less than 20 mins to the centre of Madrid - very accessible and worth it.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location is not ideal unless you’re going to the nearby stadium. My biggest issue is that our rooms smelled like smoke. They were non smoking, but must have at been smoking at some point. I just couldn’t get over the smell.

Very clean and nice! Staff were helpful. I stayed here as I needed to go to the Atletico Madrid stadium frequently and it was a 20-25 minute walk to it. Otherwise, the closest metro is about a 10-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre but it is a 30-minute journey.
