Only advice I would give the team is to make check in for large groups mandatory on-line we waited over 45 minutes to actually check in and were turned away for another 15 minutes whilst they finished the large group.

The WiFi was not working on checkout day since early morning. There was humidity/leakage on the shower roof. The left reading lamp by the bed was not working. Everything else was excellent.

The staff at desk were friendly but rooms were very minimalistic to the point of being a bit uncomfortable. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable (pillows were old and hard no head board on bed ) fridge didn’t work, toiletries were almost non existence and tub had some mold starting to form.

This is not a 4 star property, more likely a 3 star. Location is not walking distance to major sites, but public transportation is easy to get. Was expecting a lot more for the price paid.

The room we originally booked was not representative of the photo of the room. I needed to upgrade for an additional amount to get a larger room. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The property was located central to public transportation and there were multiple restaurant options to choose from in the area.

The air condition is cut off due to supposedly the cool weather, but early October its wasn’t cold. The air is shut off and you have to open the window All of the garbage trucks and trash cans are loud and with the windows open they pick up at 3,4am every morning. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous no sleep at all 3 different companies pick up right after each one.😤
