Overall good, but one incident
This is my second time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect and it’s a really nice hotel — great value. My only feedback is that housekeeping walked in on me without warning as I was in my underwear in bed. No idea how they weren’t aware I was already in the room.

First room assigned was quite subpar. Tiny windows so high up you could not see outside without stretching. Low angled ceiling since directly under roof. Construction noise outside into evening. Not all items as described in reservation. To top it off air conditioning in room did not work. To management's credit when we brought the latter item to their attention, they immediately offered to change our room. The new room met all expectations.

This place is amazing! Close to main attractions (Gran Via, Plaza de Sol, Chocolatería Gines, etc) and restaurants. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good. Will definitely be back!
