In in the middle of the city, great location

It was only one night and it was ok. The problem with a lot of hotels in europe is there is no air conditioner and it was already hot. They put a fan in my room and it was ok. It was nice of them not to charge the breakfast that I confirmed but did not have. Great location

Disappointing

No air conditioning though this is advertised on website so window had to stay open which made sleep difficult due to street noise all night, reception did not respond to requests regarding this. Beds were not as booked and enquires revealed the particular situation booked did not exist. Socket was faulty. Location is central but very noisy. Bedroom was cleaned well daily.

The room was in very poor condition. The bed had a very hard mattress, the sheets were of poor quality and torn. The bathroom tub was very dirty and clogged. The hair dryer was over 30 years old and had a plug around it. The towels were dingy and very old. There was no hand cream. This is a very poor quality hotel, due to its location. The breakfast was horrible.

Everything was a disaster, boiling water fell from the ceiling, the room filled with black water and smoke. The hotel staff was not at all kind, they didn't even help us pick up our things in the middle of the flooding in the room.

The location is right on top of the Gran Via Metro station. This is very convinient. Also the location is in the center of everything and evryhting is within a shorta walking distance
