Like: friendly, easy check in, nice clean room, on time shuttle to airport and very nice restaurant. Not like: maybe it was operator error but I could only get warm water from the shower with hot on max. Yet the sink faucet had hot water. I would still return to this Hotel if flying out of Madrid

We stayed there due to the close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. Shuttle service was great. Hotel staff at check in was super, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Would recommend and would stay there again.
