The area is full of bars so noise can be an issue at night. Hotel is close to Atocha station which is convenient for day trips with trains.

This hotel steal client's security deposit money!
Never stay in this hotel! They steal money! We stayed there 12-14 Sep 2024. We made full payment when booking in advance. When we checked in, we were asked to put security deposit. We provided my credit card and they held on S$643.23 as security deposit. However, until now (1 Dec), they have not returned my deposit money. I chased a few times. A staff there asked for my credit card last 4 digits number then kept quiet. My credit card company chased them a few times but never got any reply from the hotel. So please stay away in this hotel, or you may face the the sitation where your security deposit been stolen by the hotel!

Radisson Red Madrid was fine, but it didn’t leave much of an impression. The location is convenient, and the decor is unique and quirky, adding a bit of character to the stay. However, the experience was marred by the relentless noise, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the ambiance. While it has some positives, the noise level is a major drawback that may deter light sleepers or those seeking a more peaceful stay.

The property was nice but they gave us the worst room possible and the worst part was they knew it. We were traveling with two small children and there is a nightclub/disco right outside our window. The noise from people screaming yelling chanting until 6am was unbearable. The amount of money they charged for the room was too high to be tortured all night and get no sleep. Upon checkout they asked how was my stay and before I could answer they said the disco kept you up. Ridiculous
