NO AIR CONDITIONING RUINED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL

The hotel went through a big renovation and installed a crazy system so that you can only have heating during the cold months and ac during the hot months, but if for example it is a hot night in April, you can't turn on the ac, and because the hotel is in a noisy area, you can't leave the windows open at night. It makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. This is very unsatisfactory and I would never stay there again. Totally unacceptable.

El personal debe ser adiestrado para mejor atención al cliente, especialmente en el salón comedor de desayuno y el concierge. El personal en la puerta de entrada muy amable y servicial. Ellos hacen que el lugar se sienta seguro para los huéspedes, por el control de entrada de personas ajenas al hotel. La habitación siempre en orden y limpia.
