Excellent location in centre of Madrid. Parking is a public car park next to hotel which is very tight for a large car and costs €33 for the night. Room very comfortable and roof top terrace is great for a drink and meal which was good quality.

This hotel is in a great location, next to the metro and easy walking to the city for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel looks great from the outside with great water feature and lots of greenery. However that is all superficial! Our room was on the first floor, the carpets leading to the room were extremely dirty, it is ingrained dirt and looked like it was never cleaned. The room was an ok size however the carpet was filthy. I wore my flip flops as didn’t want to walk on carpet. There is no sound proofing and when the room above us decided to shower at 12.30am, it felt like they were in the room with us. Only made worse when they used the hair dryer. For the cost of the hotel room I expected I much better standard. It’s a 2/3 star hotel! Positive 1. Great location 2. Comfortable bed 3. Roof top bar Negative 1. Not value for money 2. Felt dirty in particular the carpets, which gives a bad impression 3. Noisy 4. No sound proofing

The room smelled musty and like smoke. The air conditioning produced a rotten egg smell. The walls were so paper thin that we could hear everything happening outside of our room as if it were in the room with us, specifically the bathroom of the room next door. The cleaning staff started very early in the morning and was extremely loud. The WiFi did not work the entire time, forcing us to use our data. Staff was kind and the location was great, very central, but the hotel is not worth it. Do not stay here!

Se pasa mucho calor porque los de recepción dicen que cuando hay algo de frío fuera no se enciende el aire acondicionado, y cuando llevas horas dentro de la habitación en pareja sudas muchísimo, los precios ahí están comi Miami, no es muy económico la verdad. Encontré mejores opciones después y las instalaciones no están muy buenas lucen algo viejas falta de retoques

The hotel is quaint or shabby chic but it’s probably due a reverb, as it was a little tired. The breakfast was very average and not worth the €19 each. The staff were generally welcoming but some could do with learning to smile. Great location and easy parking. Roof top bar was ok but could do with some shade on the top terrace.

This hotel is across the street from a metro station and steps away from Gran Via. We were greeted by a nice waterfall wall upon entering the hotel. Our room was decent with modern decor. The pool is okay but the rooftop view is amazing. The hotel is across the street from a DIA store (grocery) and a metro station and steps away from Gran Via. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to from this hotel. We never ate at the property there were just so many options around so we ate out for every meal. The staff weren't super warm so we limited our interactions with them.

La ubicación es excelente, los empleados son super amables. Lo que no me gustó es que los cristales no apartan el ruido de la calle y afuera había mucho ruido en la madrugada y era difícil descansar. El baño apestaba mucho a humedad, el diseño de la bañera hacía que el agua cayera en una alfombra del pasillo y nos percatamos que había hongo.

Great location and easy walkable area. I really enjoyed the style of the room as well as the layout they had. Only bad thing i can say is the shower did not have a lot of heat which was uncomfortable
