The property is getting old Some up dating should be done The room was noisy We stayed for three days and the temp was about 10 degrees out side and ten degrees inside It was like sleeping outside They never did get the heat up and running We were cold for three days This was not acceptable

Place was great overall but they told us the air conditioner was damaged and there was nothing they could do, so we have to keep the windows open in the room.

An apartment building turned into a hotel. Poor lighting inside the room, there is no shower door only a half glass petition to prevent shower water spilling. There are no toiletries only with a bottle of gel soap in the shower. Just a cheap managed hotel surrounded by apartments buildings with same structures, Motel 6 in the US has better amenities.

Great hotel
We had a great 1 night stay at the hotel. It was really clean and the family room had good space for our family of two adults and two children. All staff were so friendly and the location was great for metro and food shops. Would definitely recommend

Hotel muy comodo en las afueras del centro de Madrid. A una cuadra de distancia del metro y a pocos minutos del aereopuerto. Muy tranquilo y comodo. Very comfortable hotel on the outskirts of the center of Madrid. One block away from the subway and a few minutes from the airport. Very quiet and comfortable.

The facilities list online says there is laundry but there is none. It was cold as window wouldn’t close. Shower had no door and water would leak out onto bathroom floor. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest as the milk in the coffee were in clumps. On a positive note, room was clean and spacious

We had a wonderful time, the staff was super nice and very helpful with everything we needed. From the front desk,the buffet, the bar and the housekeeper, everything was perfect. The location is perfect, you have the subway station just in the corner, a Mall, a bus stop, some restaurants, a laundry, a farmacy, a bakery and 2 stores where you can find some goods souvenirs. We will come back.
