An amazing stay at this lovely little hotel. The staff were so friendly and the bed really comfortable. The area around the hotel was brilliant, plenty of restaurants and so close to the metro station. If I am ever in Madrid again this is where I will stay.

Breakfast is Best, Cleanliness Worst!

Very rich breakfast, you can eat yourself full! The location is very good, a short walk from the Barajas metro station, several small shops and restaurants, bars. This hotel is great for an overnight stay when you have layovers between flights. Still, for the price my room was very small and tight. Single room, but could have been better. Very good sound isolation, though (applied to the walls). Bed sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. However, the technical equipment looked like it hasn't been cleaned for years! TV remote had thick dust and was sticking with dirt! Thick dust was on the cable phone as well... Staff is very kind. Too bad the hotel has two doors and one is blocked. This is terrible. It has been so for years. At least they could put up a sign there or open it up!

For an “airport hotel” this place was fantastic. Walkable, restaurants, great staff and comfortable rooms. Next time needing a place to stay near the airport, I’m there!

In a good position for the metro to the airport to catch an early flight. In a small neighbourhood with restaurants just along the street. The room was a bit basic but the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Just what you need for a one night stay.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is in a very convenient location, close to the airport and train stations. The only negative was that in early May, the A/C is not operational, and the windows have no screens. I would have liked to open the windows wider at night to cool the room down, but didn’t want any feathery friends joining me in my room. The breakfast is wonderful!!

Clean & comfortable though facilities rather basic

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed sufficiently comfortable. It lacked any tea/coffee-making facilities or information such as found in UK hotels. The shower was very compact, and the wash basin lacked a plug. Buffet breakfast was acceptable if not exciting, the ‘hot’ options however were at best lukewarm. On waking on what should have been the last day of my stay I found that my flight home had been cancelled due to the Heathrow fire. I was very grateful that the receptionist was able to quickly extend my stay for an extra night.
