- Room was smelling of moisture, so do the hallways - Shower is literally a corner of the room, open with a partial door. Shower could easily spill water out on to the carpet. - wc has no door lock, no exhaust, felt like something installed later in a hurry - walls and ceilings look unfinished. You can hear neighbor and the room above you as they move around.

Good value at Madrid airport
This was nicer than other Ibis hotels I've stayed at. The room was a little larger than I expected, and the furnishings were all new. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff helped us figure out the airport shuttle. I'm glad we stayed here.

Lacked direct shuttle to airport & charged 10 Euros with limited bags alowed. Had to walk a block to other hotel; parking was NOT free; no AC in room so too hot to sleep. AC had been truned off as it was October. Would not turn it back on for us.

The street to Holiday Inn were you need to take the shuttle has not enough linghting were been robed by a person who is riding a car

Very clean, spare and pared doen spac that had exactly what we needed for a good night of rest. And the breakfast offerings were expansive and much more complete than other brrakfast options in comparable hotels in Spain.

The hotel was clean, the room adequate but no blow dryer and no way of contacting the front desk as there was no phone in the room. No hand towel or wash rag came with the bath towel. The shuttle service is really bad, the directions at the airport were not clear and therefore I missed the shuttle from the airport and had to get an expensive taxi. Also I booked a shuttle for 7 am and it did not come until 7:30 I had to pay for the shuttle both ways therefore I would expect better service.
