I was very disappointed in the shuttle issue. Let's hold. There wasn't room on the shuttle and that my luggage wouldn't fit, and I would have to wait an hour for the neck shuttle, which would have made me miss my flight, so I had to pay for an uber, which was very upsetting.

Although is a new area in development , they staff could recommend taking a take to Barajas a metro or the closest one that is not the airport because there is a 3 eur tax to pay to get in and out. calling a taxi is great but sometimes people do not know here to go . i was not aware e there were restaurants outside or pls es to walk for example. other that that the place is amazing . dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious

The property was fabulous, new, clean, organized. What I loved most was the staff. They went over and above to ensure we were happy and had all we needed. AMAZING STAFF!! Services great. Will return ASAP! They were beyond accomodating!

The hotel is new and very close to the Barajas airport, the shuttle is included and I had no issue to take it in the morning. the room was very clean and nice. The hotel amenities are very nice, but the sunroof is not available yet.

transportation to airport is excellent but for Metro they don’t suggest the closes can be walking or taxi to Barajas but so t take shuttle to airport and then metro since you pay tax to go inside and out so go to the nearest metro station that is not the airport

The hotel is near the airport and has shuttle. It has very good restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. The breakfast has so many items. Nice people, clean and quiet room, good services, and inexpensive price made a good experience.

I will probably not stay at this property again, primarily because of issues with the shuttle service. This hotel is within site of the Madrid airport and obviously most of the people who stay here are flying in and out of the airport. There isn't anything else near the hotel that would lure people to stay here. So, it was very disappointing that the shuttle service was very poor. First, they only offer shuttles every 45 minutes and can only take 13 people at a time. You cannot sign up for the shuttle ahead of time; instead, they tell you to come down at least 15 minutes before departure time and wait in line. When we arrived on time to get in line, there were already more than 13 people, which meant we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes. We needed to be at the airport sooner, so we had to call an Uber to take us to the airport. Thus, we were not able to use one of this hotel's main selling points (free shuttle to and from the airport). We had other options with lower nightly rates that we did not choose because they did not offer free shuttle service. So, beware!
