Wonderful stay

I love the great location of this hotel - close to multiple subway lines and bus stops and only 10ish minutes away from the Retiró Park. The room is on the smaller end, but it’s definitely a luxury in the city. The breakfast offerings are incredible!

Our stay was amazing we loved the property and the room that was really cozy and comfortable.we loved the water kettle for our tea every night and of course the people at the front desk and the bar were very welcoming and helpful specially Paloma she was really nice and helped us with tips and directions around the city . We are very happy with the outcome we will come back for sure.

Good business and tourist hotel. Well appointed and sized premium room. Quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. A fault with the heating in our room was quickly sorted out. Very good breakfast. Can get other meals in hotel but limited choice. Are local non- touristy cafes. Close to metro Sainz B for quick travel across Madrid. Also buses. Good value: cheaper than more fashionable central areas.

The customer service was amazing. The hotel is very clean, and they clean your room daily. They provide water, coffee and hot chocolate. The restaurant downstairs is great. The location is convenient to all things Madrid. We would definitely stay here again. Such a lovely place at an amazing price.

Don't stay here!

It's an OK hotel if you're on a short business trip,but not for a family stay. The room is small, shower is not a very functional design, bathroom door doesn't have a lock. The front desk staff always have a poker face and generally ignore you unless you ask them. My son forgot his airpods in the room, and when I called the frontdesk to send them to me by courier (I told them I would pay for it), they refused to help. He asked me to come and get it, not sire what he was thinking.
