This hotel is conveniently located close to the airport with free shuttlebus. Very clean. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent communications throughout the booking process and during our stay also. Very satisfied with the service provided.

A very nice hotel conveniently located close to the Madrid-Barajas Airport. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at their restaurant downstairs. A word of caution if you choose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle …. it doesn’t start running until after 7am in the morning.

I was on the top floor and it was insanely hot after hours of cooling the room. They switched me to a hotter room and then we finally got some traction to move elsewhere. The room windows were bad and so dirty you couldn’t see out them, so no views at all. The hallway and room smelled of sewage

My family loved our brief stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property was very clean, as were the rooms. The breakfast buffet was amazing. What a deal! This will be our first option when traveling to Madrid from now on.

Great service in this lovely property. Front desk and lounge staff both excellent. Taxi and bus available outside as near the airport not city centre. Great buffet breakfast and all-day lounge was very nice also.

When I made the reservation I reserved a room for two adults. Once we checked out, front desk accused me of having another adult in the room saying things like “housekeeping saw three adults” keep in mind, it was only me and my mom staying in the room with my 2 year old. They charged my 2 year old as an adult for staying in the room with us. They will do anything and say anything to charge more money. Front desk staff was very rude.. Do not recommend this place for families with young kids (unless you want to be charged more money.)
