Clean and modern hotel and rooms with toiletries provided, any problems we had such as a missing hairdryer were fixed quickly. The hotel is great but the area isn’t ideal for someone who wants to do a lot in the centre of Madrid, it’s a 15 minute walk to the metro which then takes about 20 mins or more to get to the centre which when you are doing both ways can take some time out of your day and walking back from the station at night we had to be abit wary as young girls but other than that the hotel had great amenities and great staff. Just would rethink the location next time I am staying in Madrid.

Rooms were good size and quiet. Very comfortable. Great breakfast and very good food at the hotel bar. Not much else within close walking distance. But a good 10-15 min walk to the metro so easy to get into the city. Convenient hotel for Madrid airport due to free shuttle.

A very nice hotel conveniently located close to the Madrid-Barajas Airport. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at their restaurant downstairs. A word of caution if you choose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle …. it doesn’t start running until after 7am in the morning.
