We missed our flight due to an airport security employees strike in the Barajas airport. We bought swimsuits to enjoy the hotel’s pool just to find out (after checking in) that the pool was closed. On a sunny day with 89 degrees out. The front desk said the pool was closed for the winter…. In the middle of September with a hot weather wave in Europe. !!??

The vast space for the lobby, lounge and restaurants is very nice and welcoming. The longe has an indoor outdoor option and service great food. The gym is good for a short stay.
