The hotel was very nice. Odd layout that you enter the hotel and have to climb a load of stairs with heavy suitcases to get to the reception desk. Check in process and staff member was extremely cold and robotic. Failed to mention the roof top terrace was closed which was a massive let down and they were just dismissive of this. Room was spacious but shower leaked everywhere. Great location but that's about it.

Location: 5/5 Staff and service: 4/5 Comfort: 4/5 Price: 5/5 Cons: staff was very loud early in the morning, tossing things around and shouting at each other. Every morning. There was a problem with a sink that was corrected fairly quickly Pros: location is great, priced at a decent rate and overall stay was very pleasant. Rooftop bar if very nice. Overall: for a 5-stars hotels the room - more specifically the shower was very rustic, heavy loud door and super rough edges
