I absolutely loved the staff and hotel. I was very fond of the amenities, including the gym which we used first used then the breakfast choices was amazing and delicious. I was just not so fond of the area because there wasn't much access to places to go but I would definitely visit again.

Airport Convenience
Convenient, free shuttle bus to and from Barajas airport available till midnight. Breakfast is a little expensive for Spain. Air conditioning not cooling. This seems to be a problem with NH hotels, had the same issue at another NH in Madrid. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff nice and attentive.
