The location of the hotel is excellent, and this has been our second time staying at this property as well as others from the same chain. However, the attitude of the front desk staff was very disappointing—unhelpful, unfriendly, and even rude when responding to a simple request. It truly felt as if good manners had been left at home.

Excelente zona

Excelente hotel en el centro de una de las mejores zonas de Madrid, con restaurantes de alta calidad en los alrededores, tiendas de todo tipo y hermosa zona para caminar. La habitación bastante espaciosa con una cama king size y cómoda, el baño cuenta con todo lo necesario si llegas con absolutamente nada, volvería a quedarme.

Amazing Location but very dated hotel

The hotel location is excellent but the rooms are very dated and there is some renovation ongoing making it quite noisy. The appliances in the room did not work but they put in the effort to rectify the situation. Only stay here for the location as it isn't overall comparable to other NH hotel branches.

Me dieron el peor cuarto de todos, no tenía ni cabecera. Olía a sudor, nunca nos pusieron batas del baño (y vi otros cuartos y si tenían) me encontré un vidrio en el piso. La verdad muy mala experiencia
